With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert W. Janda Jr. (North Stonington, Connecticut), born in Bellwood, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Janda and Barbara Janda Peters; and his nephew James Janda. He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Janda (Sullivan); his daughters, Jane Rathbun (Jeffrey), Jill Larsen (Jared), Charlotte Melia (Drew) and Katherine McGouran (Daniel); his siblings, Betty DeViney (Douglas) and James Janda (Andrea); his grandchildren, Hunter, Madelyn, Mackenzie, Ty, Tatum, Blake, Levi and Savannah; and his niece Sara (DeViney). He is also survived by three nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Women's Fellowship Group of the Congregational Church of North Stonington.
