She is survived by: her husband George McGowan, Jr.; her children, John Leggett, Dawn Gruber, Tim McGowan, Susan St. John, Kathy Martinek, Anne McGowan and George McGowan, III; and her brother Ken Howard. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
