He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bialek and Lottie Siemiaszko Bialek; his wife Connie (Johnson); his siblings, Richard, Edwin, Katherine and Barbara Ann; and his grandson Jeramiah.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Kabinski (Theodore) of Utica, NY; his children, Kimberly Allen (Mark) of North Stonington, CT and Joseph Bialek, Jr. (Wendy) of Box Elder, SD; his grandchildren, Pearl Johnson (Jeff) of Wakefield, MI, Pamela Radtke (Gary) of Box Elder, SD, Raymond, Randi, Rachel Allen, Samantha, Devin Bialek and Jerry Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Rori Jean Allen, Josephine Grace Curtis Bialek, Frank Miller Curtis Bialek and Trenton Jeffrey Johnson.
