He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hamilton Page and Florence Tift Page Cooke; his wife Betty Ann Page; and his brother Gentry J. Cooke. He is survived by: his children, Edward George Page Jr. of Central Village, CT, Debra Lynn Page of North Stonington, CT and Cheryl MacMurray of Richmond, RI.; his grandchildren, Joseph Page of Newark, OH and Nicole Page of Berlin, CT; and his siblings, Sandie C. Scott of Mystic, CT and Russell T. Cooke of Williston, VT.. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
