It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia A. Mathers of North Stonington, Connecticut, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara J. Purcell (Magda); and her siblings, Sharon Harmon and Paul Purcell. She is survived by: her husband Steven P. Mathers, Sr.; her father Charles S. Purcell; her children, Steven P. Mathers, Jr. (Cara), Erin E. Salbaoui, Brian A. Mathers and Courtney A. Stergiou (James); her grandsons, Noah and Oliver Mathers; and her siblings, Charles Purcell, Barbara Barrett, Stephen Purcell and Darryl Purcell.
