We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2023, at the age of 79, Barbara J. Howell of North Stonington, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George McGowan Sr. and Irene McGowan (Host); her husband Donald W. Howell; and her son Michael W. Howell. She is survived by: her son Gregory Howell (Carolyn) of North Stonington; her brother George McGowan Jr. (Paula); and her grandchildren, Nathan Howell and Amy Howell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
