He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LeRoy and Hazel Elizabeth Kimble Sturdevant. He is survived by: his wife Carol Elizabeth Callaway; and his children, Elizabeth Pinti (William), Michael (Adi Lopez), Anne Black (Ralph), Mark and Matthew (Susan Curilla). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
