He is survived by: his spouse Qian Liu; his parents, Yingchun Yuan of China and Saijin Zhang of North Haven; his daughters, Xiaoying Yuan and Xiaoya Yuan of North Haven; and his brother Xiao Ming Yuan of Zhuzhou. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
