He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Legenhausen and Marilyn Legenhausen. He is survived by: his wife Millie Cintron Legenhausen; his children, David Legenhausen (Meredith) and Sara Jeanne Livingston (Neill Sanford); his brother Gary Legenhausen (Heidi); his niece Flora DiMonda; and his nephew Ali Legenhausen.
In lieu of flowers, he requested that donations be made to the Clifford Beers Child Guidance Clinic in New Haven, which has served children and their families in Connecticut for generations.
