He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gallagher and Helen Baxter Gallagher; and his brother Dennis Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Penny" Tondalo Gallagher; his children, Thomas P. Gallagher (Deborah) and Dennis C. Gallagher (Amy); his grandchildren, Michael J., Thomas J., Kelly M. Gallagher, Kaylee J. York and Giuliana G. Gallagher; and his brothers, Charles Mason (Rose) and Jay Mason. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in honor of Thomas Gallagher.
