She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kozolis, Sr.; her parents, Pellegrino Vorio and Elvira Vellaccio Vorio; her stepson Edward Kozolis, Jr.; and her brother Peter.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Pamela Afasano (Vincent, Sr.); her siblings, Catherine "Kitty" Vorio, Domenic, Frank and Michael Vorio; her grandchildren, Amy Popek (Michael) and Vincent Michael Afasano, Jr. (Kristen); and her great grandchild Isabella Villalba. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
