Though Neil may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Neil touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Thomas (Pop) and Josephine Lillo (Citerella); and his brother Ernest Lillo. He is survived by: his wife Angelina Lillo (Salemme); his children, Denise Lillo Vecchio (Michael Dusa) of Wallingford and Neil Ernest Lillo, Jr. of Clearwater, FL; his sister Rose DelGiudice (Felix) of East Haven; his granddaughter Alessandra Vecchio Magnotti (Ryan); and his great grandchild Colton Ryan Magnotti of North Branford.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). The military honors will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Northford Cemetery.
