He is survived by: his uncles, Jimby and Jim; his wife Carol Parker Strong; his children, James Jr., Doreen, Johnathan, Icess, Aesha Cartier, Aaron, Jennifer, Sharee Parker Jones (Travis), Johnae, Achaunti, Isaiah, Donashja, Gianni, Gianna and Ashley James; his grandchildren, Adrian Strong, Tomah, Henrietta, Reggie, Trevor Hicks, Arthur Nelson, Tyler, Roosevelt, Octavia, Joel, Aaron, Aariana, Drayce, Davyon, Amare, Za'riyah of Kaseem, Mi and Za'rayah; and his sister Mary Ethel (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Life Changing Outreach Ministries (30 Montowese Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
