It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernesto Mongillo Sr. of North Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rosina Porto and Michele Mongillo. He is survived by: his children, Ernesto "Sonny" Mongillo Jr. (Roxanne) of East Haven, Marie Hill (Bryan) of North Haven and Anthony P. Mongillo (Janice) of North Haven; his sister Pasqualina Porto of Branford; his grandchildren, Christine, Joseph, Marissa, Marc, Michael, Matthew and Jeremy; and his great grandchild Veronica. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
