He was predeceased by: his parents, George Goodwin and Phebe Quimby Goodwin; his sisters, Gloria Utley (Glendon) and Sylvia Goodwin; his sibling-in-law Leigh Larocque; his children, Norma Goodwin and Jay Goodwin; and his grandson Jay Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Beverly Larocque; his children, Wendy Brignola (Nicholas), Raul Goodwin (Marcella) and Melissa Goodwin; his grandchildren, Nicole, Danielle, Nicholas, Michael, Alex, Payton, Medalia, Ariana, Tiana, Ashlee, Sean, Jynasis, Jonathan and Josephine; his great grandchildren, Luna, Logan, Mackenzie and Maddison; and his pet Kiba. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
