She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore Pettella; her parents, Frank Ruggiero and Josephine D'Addio Ruggiero; her sister Dolores "Dee" Torello; and her nephew John Calamita.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Christie, Jr. (William); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Erin and Claire Christie; her siblings, Marilyn Gillo, Carmine "Sonny" Ruggiero, Michael "Mickey" Ruggiero (Phyllis), Rose DeLucia, Gloria Barbiero (Paul), Louis Ruggiero (Catherine), MaryLou Calamita (John) and Karen McKiernan (John); and her brother-in-law Nicholas Torello. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
