She was predeceased by: her father Bertrand Swatman; her husband Robert Ardito; her mother Evelyn Sandella; and her siblings, William "Billy" Swatman and Joann Swatman.

She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Ardito of West Haven, CT; her grandchildren, Brian Ardito and Persamone Ardito of New Haven, CT; her great grandchild Tatum; and her sisters, Linda Swatman of East Haven, CT and Cynthia Swatman of Kerrville, TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
