He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Hayden and Mary Brown Hayden; and his siblings, Virginia Mack, Albert and Charles Hayden.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Hayden (Tricia), Daniel Hayden (Amanda) and Jennifer Garnett (Kevin); his grandchildren, Tyler, Thomas, Daniel, Christopher, Brianna, Joshua, Alivia, Jesse and Abigail; his great grandchild Audrina; and his brother Robert Hayden (Lucy).
