He is survived by: his wife Maria of Lourdes Cotto; his children, Yaribel Cumba-Cotto (Andy Pérez) of North Haven, Yaritza Hernández Hernández (Emanuel Cruz) of New Haven, Billy Rivas Cotto (Jacqueline Soto) and Roddy Rivas Cotto (Jennette Camacho) of East Haven; his siblings, Judith Santiago, Ana Sein-Santiago (Wilson Sein), Magda Báez-Santiago (Edwin Báez), Carmen Santiago of New Haven, Enio Santiago (Migdalia Santiago), Benjamin Santiago (Marisel Santiago), Melvin Santiago of New Haven, Fernando Santiago of Norristown, PA, Geraldo Santiago (Minerva Santiago) of Deltona, FL and Abimael Santiago (Ysabel Santiago) of Boca Raton, FL; and his grandchildren, Danyalis T. Pérez Cumba, Yoesian Z., Yhalia R., Jabilier L. Rivas, Yandel E., Yadiel R., Yael A. and Yaritzelis D. Pacheco Hernández. He is also survived by thirty nine nieces and nephews, sixty six great-nieces and great-nephews, and many loving cousins and friends.
