He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Diana and Elizabeth I. Geremia Diana. He is survived by: his child Chris Diana (Keri); his grandchildren, Nicole, Skylar, Logan and Kaelyn; his siblings, Phillip Diana, Agatha Diana and Kathleen Diana-Reily; and his girlfriend Barbara Chock.
