He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. (Joan D. Fair) and Tommy. He is survived by: his daughters, Sydney Fair, Morgan Fair and Bayley Fair; his sisters, Linda Packard (John Gill), Kathy Galuski (Ed Galuski), Tracy Merola (Fran Merola) and Susan Campbell (Brian Campbell); his nieces and nephews, Timmy Shaw (Lilly Shaw), Ryan VanWilgen (Kate VanWilgen), Laura Shaw, Taylor Rose (Ben Rose) and Nicole Campbell; and his great-nieces, Olivia Shaw, Alexis Shaw, Eleanora VanWilgen, Gwyneth VanWilgen and Teigan Rose. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
