He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Foote and Ruth Foote (Magill) of North Branford; his siblings, Robert Foote and Roberta Koontz; and his former wife Barbara Wynne Foote.
He is survived by: his children, David Foote (Jane) of Vermont, Ellen Reed (Michael) of North Branford, Patricia Foote of Branford, Richard Foote (Cathy) of Farmington and Carolyn Foote of North Branford; his sister Ann Marie Floyd of Florida; and his grandchildren, Tara, Amanda, Siobhan, Zachary, Justin, Lindsey, Steven, Makayla, Kara, Melissa Ann, Stefan, Melissa Joy, Casey, Samantha, Jeffrey and Joel. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
