He was predeceased by: his spouse Marciana Carino Peneyra; and his parents, Rafael Roxas and Florentina Peneyra. He is survived by: his children, Leilani Peneyra Hortillo (Edwin), Jinky Carino Peneyra and Hazel Peneyra Escubio (Noel); his grandchildren, Felicia Emily, Ethan Hortillo, Hannah Gabrielle and Jerhome Thomas Dean Escubio; and his siblings, Wilson Fahigal, Eppie Fahigal Encabo and Angelyn Fahigal.
