He was predeceased by: his son Christopher M. Cotter, Sr.; and his parent Daniel J.. He is survived by: his spouse Margaret O'Connor Cotter; his children, John J. Cotter, Jr. (Judy), Robert D. Cotter (Donna) and Katie Kelly (Chris); his siblings, Daniel T. Cotter (Mary) and Mary T. Cotter; his grandchildren, Robert Jr., Caitlin Rose, Christopher Jr., Griffin, Liam and Delaney; and his parent Josephine Ryan Cotter.
