With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann Celotto (North Branford, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 23, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harry; her siblings, Dominick, Joseph, Rose (DeFrancesco), Carmel (DeMartino), Elizabeth (Lombardi), Catherine (D'Amato), Heat and Fuel; her daughter Arlene (Oakleigh); her granddaughter Barbara; her children, Richard and Lois; and her grandmother Poppy. She was also cherished by four children, eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a special fund established in honor of her granddaughter Amy's successful fight against leukemia.
