She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Beardsley (Worrell); her husband James Darby Jr.; her father Frederick Beardsley; her granddaughter Josephine Darby; and her siblings-in-law, John Darby (Butch), Robert Engelstad (Brent), Donald Ames and Rosemary Slattery (Darby).
She is survived by: her children, James E. Darby III (Carrie), Mary Rose Darby, William R. Darby (Darcy) and Sean P. Darby (Claudine); her grandchildren, Jessica, James IV, Marco, Emily, Sarah, Stephanie, Jennifer, Megan, Nicholas, Connor and Caitlyn; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Lucas and Adalyn; her sisters, Mary Englestad and Virginia Ames; and her cousin Jeanne Parsons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
