He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph DeMaio and Carmella DeMaio (Sarno); his wife Marie DeMaio (Cinicola); and his brother Alphonse DeMaio of Spokane. He is survived by: his children, Ralph A. DeMaio of North Branford and Dawn DeMatteo (Antonio) of Wallingford; his grandsons, Michael DeMatteo and Anthony DelMoro; and his brother Phillip DeMaio of Guilford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
