He is survived by: his mother Donna C. Bailey (Smith) of Westerly; his stepdaughter Amore Botha; his wife Tilani Bailey (Botha); his sister Amanda Ballou Bailey; his nephew Everett Smith Spencer of Hope Valley; his aunt Lisa M. Smith of Westerly; his uncle Arnold C. Bailey of North Smithfield; and his parents-in-law, Wilma and Pieter Smith of Hillcrest, KZN.
