He is survived by: his daughter Hope; his close friend Sandi Wallace; his sisters, Susan Ouellette of Woodstock, Linda Ouellette of Shrewsbury and Karen Ouellette of Tewksbury; his brother-in-law Mitchell Toloczko of Hopkinton; and his godson Alexander Toloczko of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts..
