He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara E. Silvia (Matthews); his parents, Manuel Silvia and Evangelina Silvia (Cardoza); his sister Margaret Paulette Salva; and his son Jon C. Silvia.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Connie Ferreira; his sons, William Silvia Jr. (Sam), Anthony J. Silvia, Manuel J. Silvia and Keith A. Silvia; and his stepchildren, Roy A. Sewart, Bradford J. Sewart and Kathleen E. Durbin. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews.
