Perkowski II (Niantic, Connecticut), born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William G. Perkowski and Carol A. Dudla; and his siblings, Aric B. Perkowski and Kristen H. Goiangos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
