She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Philip Leonard III; her son Philip Leonard IV; her daughter-in-law Kathryn of Cumberland, RI; her son Erik Leonard of Warwick, RI; her grandchildren, Philip "Finn" Leonard V and Lia Leonard; her parents, Elizabeth O'Connell and Harold O'Connell of Largo, FL; her siblings, Brian O'Connell, Cathy Pacheco and Pamela Bell; and her siblings-in-law, Michael, Doug and Stacey. She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
