It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Whitney Mulligan of Niantic, Connecticut, born in Corona, New York, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Mulligan, Sr.; her children, Patti, John R. Mulligan, Jr., Michael Mulligan (Lisa) and Patricia Firszt (Jan); her grandchildren, Caitlin Dombrowski (Stephen), Kimberly Mulligan, Maggie Rose Mulligan, Michael John Mulligan, Conor Mulligan and Anya Firszt; and her great grandchildren, Victoria, Reagan and Nathaniel.
