He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelbaugh and Mary Bezick Kelbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Pat Procko; his brother-in-law Pete Procko (Nancy) of Norwich; his niece Kasey Burchman (Craig) of Wethersfield; his great-nephew Sam; his great-niece Alice; and his sons, Henry and Elliott.
