He is survived by: his wife Anita Delos Santos Brooks; his daughters, Wishtecha Doroshenko of Norwich and Ayianna Ortiz-Brooks of Niantic; his granddaughter Jadira Hendley (Drake) of Kingsland; and his brother Rodger Brooks of Clemson.
