Decken (Niantic, Connecticut), born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Kosinsky and Susan Roncek Kosinsky; her husband William J. Decken; and her children, Susan Kalage (Chris), Bill Decken (Grace), Janet Brinkman (Steve), Sean Decken and Sandi Decken. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
