Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell and Mabel Campbell (Brothwell); his sister Lynn Larsen; and his close friend Carolyn Hare. He is survived by: his brothers, Glen Campbell (Marie) of Ledyard and Gary A. Campbell Sr. (Marie) of Ledyard; his son Kurt Ostreicher of Pittsfield, MA; and his brother-in-law Thomas Larsen of Vero Beach, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
