He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Latourette; and his brother-in-law Everett Latourette. He is survived by: his friend Run; his wife Dorothy Bowers (Bohara); his daughter Jessica DiLuca (James); his grandson James of Essex; his son Jeffrey C. Bowers (Liane); and his grandsons, Blake of San Diego and Ethan of San Diego. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to the VFW Kari Hall Post 5849, P.O. Box 194, 39 Columbus Ave., Niantic, CT 06333.
