We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2018, at the age of 95, Charles Laplante (Niantic, Connecticut), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Laplante to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Joseph LaPlante and May LaPlante; his children, Charles LaPlante Jr. of Niantic, Craig LaPlante (Holly) of Oakdale and Colleen Gregson (Brian) of Southington; his sisters, Zelda Murtha and Shirley Nott; and his friend Helen Spinato. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the East Lyme Senior Center.
