He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Salafia and Laura Salafia; his siblings, Amber De Souza (Renan De Souza), Adam Salafia (Samantha Vega) and Ashlyn Salafia (Eddie Santiago); and his nieces and nephews, Caleb, Gabriel De Souza, Jaxon Salafia and McKenna Santiago.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Austyn's Army.
