He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Melody Sr. and Marguerite Melody (Emilia) of Bethel, CT.; his wife Betty; and his nephew Paul. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Joseph Melody III (Therese) and Mark Melody (Linda); his nieces, Donna, Tricia and Kathleen; and his nephew Michael.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Bethel Funeral Home (215 Greenwood Ave, Bethel, CT 06801). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (26 Dodgingtown Rd, Bethel, CT 06801).
