With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Jack Urban of Newtown, Connecticut, who passed away on July 17, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Urban and Wanda Urban (Radozycki); his former wife Suzanne Prall; his wife Constance Hall; and his siblings, Ronald, Lawrence, Gregory and Cecelia.

He is survived by: his brothers, David (Doreen) of Stratford, Kenneth (Doris) of Newtown and Fiancée Prudence Ann Paris; his stepsons, Bryan Hall of West Haven and Scott Hall of Roanoke, VA; his stepsister Lisa Field Eureka of Montana; and his caregiver Joseph Commins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
