He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kubick and Catherine Dorothy Kubick (Kredlow); and his siblings, Joseph Kubeck (Jennie), Paul Kubick (Alta) and Catherine "Sissy" Devito.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kubick (Rim); his sons, Raymond J. Kubick, Jr. (Lori) of North Haven and Ron Kubick (Jennifer) of Ridgefield; his grandchildren, Allison, Jared, Reese and Tylie; and his brother Alvin Kubick (Victoria) of Falls, PA.
