It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Palma Jean Tabacco (Newtown, Connecticut), born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sylvestri and Mollie Sylvestri; and her siblings, Anthony "Junior" Sylvestri, Dominick "Dee", Ronald Sylvestri and Tonia Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Anthony J. Tabacco (Claudine), Todd J. Tabacco (Meredith) and Taryn Branca (Frank); and her grandchildren, Luke Anthony Tabacco, Cole James Tabacco, Frank Anthony Branca, Zack Julian Tabacco, Charlize Addison, Talia Joy Tabacco, Matthew Jack Branca, Tatum Grace Tabacco, Anthony James Tabacco and Amalia Mae Branca.
