With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Boughton of Newtown, Connecticut, who passed away on March 5, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alden Boughton; her daughter Brenda; and her grandson Andrew Cruz. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cruz (Phillip) of Newtown and Michael (Margaret) of Yorktown, VA.; her grandchildren, Amanda Rosa (Michael) of New Harbor, ME, Steven Boughton (Samantha) of Ashland, VA and Brian Boughton (Marla Petriello) of Palo Alto, CA.; and her great grandchildren, Lilly, William, Benjamin and Caleb Rosa.
All through her life, she always found a way to help someone in need, from cooking for a sick friend to saving bingo winnings to donate to the church food bank.
