It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Socci (Newtown, Connecticut), who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 14, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edward, Mary Sternberg and Vincent Socci; her cousins, Ian Sternberg and Frank Quatrella Jr.; and her uncle Kenny Ayles.

She is survived by: her parents, Lewis Socci and Sally Socci; her siblings, Susan, Jennifer and Joseph; her grandmother Susan Socci; and her pets, Carly and Mia.

Friends may call (with masks required and social distancing) at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown Friday November 20 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 21, at 10 am in St Rose of Lima Church. Due to COVID restrictions, attendance at the Mass will be by invitation only.

Mary's development as a person was greatly influenced by her second family 12/14 Foundation.
