Futrell (Anthony) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Auther Perdue (Lorraine) of Millington, Shannon Perdue of Memphis, Asa Haynes of Cincinnati and Savannah Manson of Cincinnati; and her friend Barbara "Bobbie" Zelyez of White Plains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
