With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Marie Baker (Newtown, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 5, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Diane Marie Baker to pay them a last tribute.

As Diane departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Diane may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Diane leaves behind.

She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond E. Baker; and her parents, Frank Stolfi and Helen Stolfi. She is survived by : her children, Andrea Baker, Raymond F. Baker (Kathy) and Mark Baker (Erin); and her grandson Raymond Thomas Baker.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Honan Funeral Home (58 Main St, Newtown, CT 06470). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (46 Church Hill Rd, Newtown, CT 06470).
