She was predeceased by: her parents, Harland H. Coffin and Helene Leopold Coffin; her former husband Robert; her daughter Kimberly O'Brien Levy; and her brother Lee Coffin.
She is survived by: her spouse O'Brien; her daughter Jennifer O'Brien (Allan Lewis) of Seymour; her granddaughters, Kieren Levy, Meghan Levy, Emily Dion, Brianna Levy and Samantha Dion; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Ruby; and her brother Geoffrey Coffin (Valerie) of Trumbull. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
