He is survived by: his parents, Guido Giantonio of Technology and Lena Giantonio (Palumbo) of Technology; his wife Loretta Giantonio (Cox) of Newington; his son Kenneth Giantonio; his daughter-in-law Hillary Giantonio (Leng) of Farmington; his daughter Nicole Giantonio of Aspen, CO; his husband James Horowitz; his granddaughter Maddelena Giantonio of Farmington; his siblings, Guido Giantonio of Newington and Eleanor Bartlett of Wethersfield; and also, Hartford Institute of Technology and Rocky Hill.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Bill's chosen charity, the Special Olympics, (Checks payable to SOCT), 266 State Street, Suite 1, Hamden, CT 06517.
